VFL Club Charity Golf Day 25 Feb 2011 - register now!
On Friday 25 February, 2011, The VFL (Virtually Forgotten Legends) Club will hold their annual Charity Golf Day at Victoria Golf Club to help raise much-needed funds for the Royal Women’s Hospital.
The VFL Club Charity Golf Day will commence at 11:30am and will be followed by a two course dinner at 6:30pm.
Monies raised from the day will help with the equipment and research needs for the Women’s Neonatal Intensive and Special Care (NISC) service. The Women’s NISC nurseries provide comprehensive care for unwell and premature babies that have been transferred from other hospitals or have been born at the Women’s, one of Victoria’s leading tertiary hospitals for at risk pregnancies. The NISC has an internationally recognised research program assessing many neonatal problems and studying the long term outcomes for premature babies.
Many a past and present day players will be in attendance and keen to lend their support.
